At Flexspac, we want you to feel confident trying our products. Flexspac Beetroot is backed by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the terms below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may try Flexspac Beetroot for up to 30 days from the date your order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@flexspac.com within that 30-day period to request a refund.

To qualify:

• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the recorded delivery date.

• You must provide your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.

• The product must have been purchased directly from Flexspac or an authorized Flexspac sales channel.

• The product must have been used according to the directions provided on the label.

Requests submitted after the 30-day period may not qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Trying the Product

The guarantee is intended to give you a reasonable opportunity to try Flexspac Beetroot.

For a single-bottle order, the bottle may be opened and used normally during the 30-day guarantee period.

For orders containing multiple bottles, one bottle may be opened and used during the trial period. Any additional bottles included in the refund request must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Opening multiple bottles from a multi-bottle order is not necessary to evaluate the product during the 30-day period. Flexspac may decline to refund additional bottles that have been opened, consumed, intentionally damaged, or otherwise used beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the product.

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The email address used to place the order

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate or verify your purchase.

Do not send products back without first contacting us. If a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Returns

Depending on the circumstances of your request, Flexspac may require unused or unopened products to be returned before a refund is completed.

If you purchased a multi-bottle order and are requesting a refund for the entire order, unopened bottles may be required to be returned.

Unless the return is the result of an error by Flexspac or the product arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Flexspac is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged before they are delivered to the designated return location.

Unauthorized returns sent without following the return instructions provided by Flexspac may be refused or may experience processing delays.

Refund Amount

For an approved claim under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Flexspac will refund the eligible product purchase price, including applicable sales tax associated with the refunded product.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, priority shipping charges, or other delivery-related charges are not refundable unless:

• Flexspac made an error with your order;

• the product arrived damaged or incorrect; or

• applicable law requires otherwise.

If a discount, promotional code, bundle discount, or other offer was applied to the original purchase, any refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the eligible product rather than its undiscounted retail price.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or contains an incorrect product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

For fastest assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of discovering the issue and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product, shipping package, and shipping label when applicable

If we confirm that the product was damaged in transit, defective, or sent incorrectly, we may, at our option and as permitted by law:

• send a replacement at no additional cost; or

• issue an appropriate refund.

Flexspac will not require you to pay return shipping when the return is required because of a confirmed Flexspac fulfillment error or qualifying damaged or defective product.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless applicable law requires another method.

Flexspac will initiate approved refunds promptly after all applicable return requirements have been satisfied.

After a refund is issued, your bank, credit card company, payment processor, or other financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Processing times are outside Flexspac's control.

Order Cancellations

We process orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact info@flexspac.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified once it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

If an order can no longer be canceled, you may request a refund after delivery if the order otherwise qualifies under this policy.

Subscription or Recurring Orders

If Flexspac offers an optional subscription or recurring-delivery program, canceling a subscription prevents future eligible recurring orders but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.

An already processed subscription order may still qualify for a refund under this policy if the applicable requirements are met.

Subscription terms, renewal timing, pricing, and cancellation procedures will be disclosed separately at the time a subscription is offered.

Purchases From Third Parties

This policy applies to purchases made directly through Flexspac and other sales channels expressly authorized by Flexspac.

Products purchased from an independent retailer, marketplace seller, reseller, or other third party may be subject to that seller's return and refund policies.

Flexspac cannot provide refunds for purchases that we cannot reasonably verify as having been purchased from Flexspac or an authorized sales channel.

Gift Cards

Gift cards and store credit are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

Fraud, Abuse, and Duplicate Refunds

Flexspac reserves the right to deny a refund request when we have reasonable evidence of fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of this policy.

Examples may include:

• submitting multiple refund claims for the same purchase;

• attempting to obtain both a chargeback and a separate refund for the same transaction;

• materially altering or falsifying purchase information;

• repeated guarantee claims associated with multiple accounts intended to circumvent this policy;

• returning products that do not correspond to the original order; or

• intentional misuse of the guarantee.

A legitimate refund request will not be denied merely because a customer used the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee as intended.

If a chargeback or payment dispute has already been filed for a transaction, Flexspac may pause a separate refund while that dispute is being reviewed to avoid issuing duplicate reimbursement for the same purchase.

Non-Waivable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, limit, or waive any consumer protection or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

Where applicable law provides rights or remedies greater than those described in this policy, those legal requirements will apply.

Changes to This Policy

Flexspac may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The version of the policy applicable to a purchase will generally be the version in effect when the applicable order was placed, except where a change is required by law or provides greater rights to the customer.
